With their Express chain, it aims to serve it fast-food style, where people can grab a quick fix of Chinese food when needed. This Mapo tofu rice really packed a punch, and a good option if you’re craving something spicy. I thought it was pretty decent, nothing overwhelming but it did deliver its job to make a simple Mapo tofu meal.
