Carrara Cafe was decorated with clean white marble tables with greens hanging off the walls. It was an amazing discovery for me as I was wondering around the Alexandra neighbourhood looking for a cafe to do my work away from the hustle and bustle. Specialising in waffles and ice cream, they also do have creative savoury creations such as the marmite fried chicken waffles (YIKES!) as well as salted egg fried chicken waffles!

A Pide is a Turkish flatbread that usually has an open top, filled with loads of toppings. Named "What's Pide" has recently came onto the shores of Singapore. Coupled with a unique twist, this Singaporean pide is a great meal on the go. They have fillings ranging from Otah to Soft Shell Prawns and even this edamame meatless "meatball" one. Definitely worth giving this a shot instead of the unhealthier fast food options.⠀
