layer of osmanthus jelly at the bottom, served with generous amount of dongding oolong soft serve and topped with passionfruit pops, citrus nut clusters and raspberry chocolate piece! i’m a huge fan of tom’s palette cos they never disappoint!!! 😛

raspberry chocolate piece was amazing: not too sweet, surprisingly tart and chocolatey. the citrus nut clusters were sweet and nutty but also sour and acidic - very interesting flavour. both the nut clusters and passionfruit pops go v well with the soft serve

oolong soft serve had a rich tea taste but the bf thought it was a tad bit bitter and best to eat it tgt with the toppings, while i thought it was nicely flavoured and not too bitter and can be eaten as it is 😛

the osmanthus jelly was quite subtle in flavour but is was so good with the melted soft serve towards the end 🤪

it’s limited until 19 mar only go try it before it ends and also try the other interesting flavours!!! i’m an advocate for tom’s palette heheh 🫶🏼

1-for-1 Royale Tea Time ($42++/pax) with burpple beyond or uob cardholders. remember to book a reservation for the afternoon tea (by calling their number!) afternoon tea is strictly by reservations and they do not accept walk in!!! we did not have a reservation but was lucky enough that someone cancelled so we could get a table. paid $42++ for 2 pax using burpple including 2 (different) drinks per person! overall, food is okay for the price paid but won’t recommend it if it’s full price :( nothing stood out to us and most of them are mediocre. preferred the savoury food compared to sweet (all the desserts were too sweet for us) but shout out to tiramisu!!! strong coffee flavour and cream was quite light as well :) we recommend to get the twg teas to go with the sweet desserts!
