Peach Tea With Earl Grey Jelly ($5) Refreshing tea. I didn’t put any sugar in it but it was still sweet due to the syrup. The jelly might go well with milk teas instead of tea. But it was great overall

One of The Good Ones! Was a pleasant surprise cause Maotea is just a small shop tucked in the corner of deserted *Scape. Ordered Golden Oolong Milk Tea & Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and both met our expectations! Will definitely come back again!

Golden Oolong Milk Tea With Earl Grey Jelly, Reg ($3.20 + $0.80) The Golden Oolong Milk Tea was very fragrant. It was my first time encountering and trying Earl Grey Jellies and it was so good! The jellies were kind of sweet (as expected) but I would definitely recommend it to all Earl grey lovers out there - maybe pick a lower sugar level if you’re going to pair your drink with these jellies. Overall a good experience, very worth it with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal.

Pistachio and Yuzu Pistachio ice cream that could rival Creamier imo. The nutty flavour was so pronounced and fragrant. Highly recommend! Yuzu on the other hand was citrus-y as expected but a tad too sour for my liking. 😅

Waffles And Gelato The ice cream here is really thick and leaves an aftertaste of gelatin on your palate. Not my favourite but still good attempt for a new ice cream palour. Waffles were crispy and decent.

Pistachio, Summerberries, Hojicha, Honey Lavender Had the waffle with pistachio and summerberries as well as a hojicha and honey lavender in cup form. The best flavours are definitely the honey lavender if you're a tea aficionado, it is on the sweet side but the lavender shines through like a breath of fresh air. The pistachio with the waffle is really good and a must try. I was blown away with the first bite.

1-1 Mains Smoked duck pizza- pizza is those thin crust type which I prefer. Duck is well cooked. Quite like the pizza :) Mentaiko seafood pasta- pasta serving was quite small and it taste alittle plastic-y Ambiance was good tho and the staffs are nice. However, when I went there, the mains were not available.. only pastas and pizzas was.

Lousy Portion Such a tiny miserable piece of chicken given, waste of money even with Burpple deal

Mentaiko Fries (SGD$12) A generous portion of warm fries with mentaiko sauce. This is a uniquely flavourful sauce made from fish roe (think sushi dressing) and subtle mayonnaise. The mentaiko taste is prominent enough to somewhat overpower the mayonnaise taste which is a positive effect in my opinion.

Not bad, reminiscent of a good laksa bowl! Dry Laksa ($18 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) - though the noodles were abit too soft, the sauce is thick and very flavourful, just like a good bowl of laksa. They gave 4 pretty huge prawns which were all plump and fresh! Not bad can try.

Pretty delicious Mentai Don! Salmon Mentai Don ($18 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) - mentaiko really can't go wrong and for this bowl they were pretty generous with the amount of sauce! As for the salmon pieces, it seems like it's lesser than that of Chirashi. I still love the rice in here! The onsen egg just pairs well with everything in here 😍

Chunky fresh pieces of sashimi, not bad Lecoq Chirashi ($16 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) - pretty generous with the sashimi ingredients, the sashimi pieces were fresh and chunky! I must say they gave alot of rice, but I ain't complaining because their rice were well seasoned and pretty darn addictive. Love the onsen egg as well, as it acts as a good medium to combine everything together!

Double Patty, Double Happiness Second time here and I went for the same dish as I had previously. Loving the bread here, really taste and crispy too. The egg was cooked to perfection to complement the overall taste. Lovely place to hangout for a good chat!

Groovy low lines burger ($16.90 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) - a very hearty dual patty burger, as the patties are fresh and handmade by the owner himself. The patties are done well, as they are pretty juicy! As for seasoning, it would have been perfect if the patties have a little more pepper in them. The cheese used in the burger complements the other ingredients really well! Loving the beautiful service given by the owner! #burpple

For 1-for-1 Main Dish (save ~$20) Make a pit stop at this Halal-friendly cafe on Haji Lane for delicious Western nosh. The community recommends the Crispy Salmon ($22.90), which sees crisp yet tender salmon slathered in a thick lemon butter sauce served alongside creamy mashed potatoes. Meat lovers, dig into the Groovy Low Lines Burger ($16.90) that's sure to satisfy – think double smashed beef patties topped with cheddar cheese, oozy fried egg, tomato and onions accompanied by a savoury safari burger sauce. English Cookie After closed for 2 years, it reopened again at ot previous last outlet. Ordered the Dark Chocolate Chip ($3.90) and it is less sweet compared to last time which is good. However, it has also become chewy instead of crunchy that I used to know. Probably would't come back again.

Matcha White Chocolate Cookie I think I always smell cookies from one of the shop (Ben's Cookies) when I was at wisma atria and wanted to try their Matcha White Chocolate Cookie ($2.95) someday. Until @huiyiblackillusion wanted to buy their cookies. So I felt that it's was quite sweet (due to white chcocolate) and barely have matcha taste. If you like sweet stuff with matcha, you can give a try next time when you all are at the area.

Chewy Fudgey Cookies Great for satisfying that cookie craving while shopping at Orchard, especially worth it with the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deals. This is more for chewy cookie lovers rather than the crispy types. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Medium Fruity Acai Bowl ($9.90) Not too bad of an Acai bowl, it is pretty standard. However the Acai was more towards the icy side, which I didn’t particularly like. We topped up for the almond butter which was delish! We visited on a weekday evening and there was no queue. It’s a takeaway stand however there are some communal chairs and tables as part of the mall, so you can use them if they are vacant.

BYO Acai ($9.90) Hello again, pricey sugar fix. What's unique about Randy's offerings: you can build your own bowl starting from $9.90, and they offer a dragonfruit pitaya base which is the first I've seen. What's not so hot: regrettably, the fruits weren't particularly fresh, and the acai base was a tad too iced up for my liking. And there's no seating! The other acai joints just do it better.

the variety of toppings is insaneee the acai here is more sour & icy, and came in a super generous amount

Powernutter (M) [$8.90] This was surely a nutty bowl which worked my jaws. There were almonds, (slightly crunchy) goji berries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dark chocolate granola, and of course acai. The acai was well-blended and not overtly sweet. The star of the show was the homemade granola - it was hearty, sweet and oaty.

Açai is always a good idea Weather in SG lately has been blazing hot hence a good bowl of açai always helps, even more so with Burpple Beyond, makes it a pretty good deal

1-1 main dish overall it’s a simple dish, wanted to order the crepe or ice cream but they only left with 2 flavours or less..

Crepes/Waffles Must try crepes. With 1-1, the total bill for 6 of us came up to $18. Reasonable! So glad we visited before it closes its doors on 31 March. Please go support.

Ice Cream & Waffle (~$8/serving) Ordered raspberry and earl grey flavored ice cream. The ice cream was nice and flavorful. The waffle was nice but could be a little lighter. Overall, it’s still a great 1-for-1 deal with Burpple Beyond!

Yogurt Speculoos ($5.20) I didnt expected that denzy gelato closed down during christmas eve :") its will be last scoop in the cup. I did tried all their ice cream except mango which im not really like this. The taste for yogurt speculoos was quite tangy and savoury.

Double Scoops ($8.50) caramelised banana w chocolate chips (tried b4) n kaya (taste very light and also like gula melaka)

Chocolate Chip Mint Gelato ($5.20) I tried their gelato this brand new year again bc I just see anything new flavour from them lol. But I felt that their chocolate chip with chocolate and mint bits got strong leafy texture flavour.
