By far, the best or most generous soon tofu I've tasted! The smell of tofu wafts to your noses when walking past this store with huge open interior! Mussels prawn tofu egg squid etc you name it! Not to say the soup is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻! Accidentally discovered it's very nice neighbour as well- the teriyaki chicken! A must order for the combo offered!!

Was quite disappointed by the 19.90 seafood pancake through/ the only seafood we found were 2 small shrimps! It was tasty but we could hav ordered another main instead 🙄

If anyone is a fan of the small Pizza Hut drumlets but lament the dryness and size it's an opportune time to taste the juicy grilled chicken by KFC! The marinate tastes strikingly similar yet it's 100% juicy and generous with the huge chicken thigh! It makes up for a typical sinful KFC meal and makes you wna come back for more! Only available at limited outlets so do check it out asap!

This unsuspecting dish may sound too pricey at first but being semi-hungry yet craving for something exciting, we decided to share this dish! The portion is good to share for 2 given the huge portion of rice and the amount of soft shell crabs given is just nice too! So eventually each of us paid $5 for an extremely satisfying dry curry dish that left us wanting for more!!! Other options include fish/ chicken? But I would say it's worth a try at least! Good option for those who want something not too filling yet v satisfying :)

Needless to say, this 老字号 has won the hearts of many and invites a super long queue every single day esp during lunch hour! But given the fresh and ample varieties of top ingredients, it's no wonder that I keep coming back here for more! The orders are quite efficient and I usually can get my food <20min of waiting time. Highlight is the prawn ball and the meat ball! ( I always requested for no 苦瓜 but I'm sure there are lovers of it)

Would prolly recommend the 5 bucks option as I was being a cheapo and wanted to save money by getting the 3.50 one.... but rly 回味无穷/ not enuf! Haha the queue is constantly long but they are so efficient in serving that I waited for <15 min!
Some may say it's just avg but I would rly say I will be back for more! 🙈😋it's satisfying and proud to see so many tourists queuing up for our famous chicken rice!!

Add on egg for 60 cents and the bowl costs 4.50 and up! Really worth it and tasty 😋 the queue was arnd 35 min long but pretty worth the wait!! There's chicken Chop, Pork and beef to choose from and there's a constant long queue! Best time to queue is prolly aft 1.10pm and before it closes at 3pm!

Honey Grilled Chicken and Aburi Vongole. Just round the corner is The Usual Place, a café in Jurong East! Some detail in ambience was created as the background music goes, "and I'll see you again~" (Whiz Khalifa). Perhaps the ambience is localised as an auntie, speaking in colloquial mandarin, takes my order behind the counter. It was enjoyable, both sets were $8.90, relatively cheaper than other cafés. I was there for a catch up with a friend, and perhaps it will become a place for many Jurong-stayers to come and meet at this Usual Place. If you are looking for taste of food, perhaps I would say you get what you pay. Not bad overall! At least 3 stars, plus another half star for being a local (hahaha).

Ordered jajangmyeon, bibimbap, small combo half half ( soy garlic & hot sauce) w passion green tea for $53.35. The chicken was the standard good crispy skinned Korean drumlets and wings as expected! It's less spicy compared to choochoo chicken tho less variety in flavors to choose from in comparison. Honestly both taste equally good and am not skilled enough to taste the difference 😅...just nice for 3 people w no signs of overeating! On a side note, the passion green tea was surprisingly refreshing ( can't detect it as canned drink) . It was rather crowded nearing dinner time so more suitable for small groups...
