The tender beef combined with the runny yolk gives an amazing burst of flavours in your mouth. Adding the foie gras to the combination brings the dish to a whole new level.

They recently revamped their menu introducing new dishes such as their salted egg yolk soft shell crab beef burger and pasta. This burger is my new favourite in fatboy's and I definitely recommend people come down and give it a try.
You can also upgrade your fries to their new salted egg fries though I would recommend their truffle fries more.

All prices here are nett and I highly recommend the foie gras risotto. Though this place is slightly inaccessible, I suggest you drop by if you are around the area.

Eggs Benedict prata. Salted egg prawn prata. Murtaburger. Trust springleaf prata place to come up with such quirky flavours. Sounds weird but some of these creations really do work.
I would highly recommend you try their salted egg prata(featured above) and murtaburger which offers something different from what you normally get. The prata goreng tastes somewhat like kway teow though you should most likely get it if you're feeling adventurous. The eggs Benedict prata was decent but the sauce tasted slightly off.
So why not head down here if you are looking for something different.

The only downfall is that we finished the ice-cream and still had much of the cake left over. The ratio looks right here but the overly sweet cake requires the vanilla ice-cream to balance out the flavours.
The mains here are pretty decent though this was the dish that left an impression for me here.

Be sure to pay this restaurant a visit if you're around Jiang Men. It is located at the 4th floor of Wanda Plaza.
All other pastries are really good too and don't forget to take some home for tomorrow🍰.
