Amazing western fare for a fraction of the typical cafe price. The carbonara ($5.90), though not the best, is definitely more than decent and very worth it, considering it’s low price. Big eaters can order the chicken chop ($6.90) on top of the carbonara. Request for the mushroom sauce to go with your chicken chop – it emits a hint of truffle that hits the spot. What I do NOT recommend, is Da Bomb ($13.90), a beef/chicken patty (of your choice) with bacon & bbq sauce, wrapped in what seems like pastry puff (i’m not entirely sure about this). It was still worth it for its price, considering you’d probably have to pay $20+ for this at a typical cafe, but it wasn’t satisfying and I’d save my dollars for the chicken chop instead. Truffle lovers can also go for the truffle fries ($4) for a cheap thrill. Again, not the best, but not the worst, and extremely worth it given its low price, and would come back for more. And yes, you CAN taste the truffle flavour without trying to. For $4, that’s good enough for me!
