This is gonna be my to-go place around SGH for some good Poke bowl now. Love the freshly marinated serving of poke, the potato-Mac salad and honey-vin carrots!

Possibly my favourite place for some good ol' chocolate ice-cream now. Two scoops - Signature 33% milk chocolate and Tanzania 78% dark chocolate ice-cream. So so good!:)

Well, this is definitely not something on my radar when I do (rarely) dine out (these days). But this nasi ambeng set for four (that fed 7 adults) for dinner last evening was so delish and yummy that I wouldn't mind returning for seconds. A lovely communal-style dining that is perfect for dining with family :) #dinnerwithfamily

Some happy food from SunnyChoice never fails to cheer me up!
- Mixed veggies purple rice bee hoon in pumpkin broth $8.50 (with a broth that was so satisfying sweet from the natural sweetness of the pumpkin!)
- Ipoh Horfun $8.50
- Popiah $2.50 (such a juicy and generous roll!)

Somedays, when you can take a little time to lunch amidst the busy school/work schedule in NUS/NUH, Empress Porridge's signature porridge never fails to satisfy. A bowl of warm brown rice porridge with a generous heap of ingredients like dried scallops, cuttlefish, thick slices of pork, dried shrimps and peanut all for $3.50. And it's a no wonder it's a hit with the students and people working nearby (NUH and beyond).

Ramen (cooked to an al dente perfection) with a rich dried sardine broth dip, just so good. Reminiscence of the lovely days slurping up bowls of tsukemen and ramen in Tokyo :)

My to-go place for salad (choice of lettuce/spinach + 5 toppings + dressing) when I'm over at NUS/NUH for school/work, ever generous with their servings! Priced at $6.50 :)

Chili con carne (beef) daily bowl at $7.50.
That dreary monday feelin' again (and another CE presentation to conquer tmr 💪) but first a happie colourful lunch before all else - with a selection of beetroot, edamame, sweet potato, couscous and lentils :)

My to-go place for a good bowl of fish bee hoon or fish soup is none other than at Leng Kee (Bukit Timah hawker)! The soup is just so tasty (hints of salted fish and more) and the fish is so tender yums :) $4-5 per bowl.

Melt-in-your-mouth buttery goodness with a pineapple filling (that is not too sweet with just the perfect tartness!). When you've no time to bake pineapple tarts this CNY, guess these storebought homemade ones suffice! 2
$20 per box with 20+ pieces
