The BetterField is one of the restaurants that we have supported since their opening and every single time that we are there, the food never fails in terms of quality and affordability. With more people heading back to the office now, the restaurant, which is in the CBD area, is a great place to chill and unwind after a long day’s work. To go along the drinks, there is the launch of their French Japanese Fusion Dinner Set Menu, priced at $48 for 3 courses and $58 for 4 courses.
You can select entrees such as Freshly Shucked Japanese Hyogo Oysters served with mentaiko and truffle cream, Truffle Scented Angel Hair Pasta with chives, fresh lemon juice and Sakura ebi or the Pan-seared French Foie Gras on a brioche bun and topped with berry compote (additional $8 supplement). Thereafter, you can transition to the mains with options such as Steak & Frites with truffle mustard and mesclun salad (additional $10 for aged steak, $20 for wagyu), Pan-seared Salmon with beetroot puree and maple mustard with a side of broccoli and Seafood Marinara with tiger prawns, scallops and squid. End the meal with a sweet treat of Belgian Chocolate Fondant that is made in-house with a bittersweet chocolate or the Azuki Bean Coconut Cream, a refreshing treat garnished with fresh fruits.
