They have 2 versions to this pasta, tomato-based and cream-based sauce. I got the cream-based. It's a simple pasta with tomato, mushrooms and rockets. I did like the sauce. Doesn't give the jelak feeling yet makes you full. 3/5.
The photo is not doing justice to how it really tastes. It's really not bad. I've never had pulled meat dish before and this is quite good. It's just a bit pricey for how it looks. 4/5
This is my second time buying these wonderful pastries. Definitely unforgettable and makes you feel like you didn't buy enough even after devouring all of them in a swoop. Yes, very soft and very fluffy. You won't want to share it. Must try!!
Had the craving for some old school pastries or cakes. So where's the nearest old school bakery nearest to my house? Ng Kim Lee Confectionery at Upper Bukit Timah. Bought the Yam Cake, Choc Mousse and Blackforest slice cakes. Plus a mix of the cute mini muffins at 50cts each. Satisfaction.
Hubby and I decided we should have something soupy for break fast and I saw this the moment I opened the Burpple app. Just had to go try. Verdict: 5/5!! The soup Base with some chili (depending on which level) is very refreshing. Will definitely come here again another time!
I finally had my share of these gems after seeing so many foodies enjoying them. Went over after work, queued for 1hr and bought 2 boxes of them. It really is light, airy and fluffy eaten when still warm. Crusts were just nice and crispy, not to thick. You can also eat them when it's still cold after taking it out from the fridge. Gives a more creamy cheesy taste and best eaten with a scoop of ice cream.
Another awesome dessert! I never expected this to be so refreshing. Not much to say. You just got to try it. Worth every penny. 5/5
One word: Awesome. The bingsu was really soft. Looks like grated coconut but taste like heaven. Definitely 5/5 for this!
I really like egg tarts and this one is really not bad. The crust is a bit thick at the bottom, but other than that, it's really nice.
Myself and hubby gave 3/5 stars for this one. The ice didn't taste or melt as smoothly as we thought. But overall it was very nice.
Finally get to have lunch here. Tried their signature dish, Fish & Chips. Very generous with the fries. The size of the fish is a bit big but the batter is very nice. Tastes different and original compared to other places that I've tried.
Ordered this for Daddy. He gave 2 thumbs up for this one. Very nice and refreshing. I thought it was just going to be a scoop of ice cream in a cup but this goes way beyond my expectations. Will come back again for more!
