minced pork was marinated in spicy chili oil which was tasty with the actual mala numbness n spice but a bit too oily 🥴 the dish reminded us of chinese zhajiang mian!

this was really good!!! super creamy and flavorful and i loved everything about it, the truffle, the lasagne, the cheese, the mushrooms and the sous vide egg 🤤
the duck meat fell right off the bone and was very tasty! the skin was nice and crisp too! enjoyed the food here hehe
