Like the well-cooked beef. Savory and tender.

Ordered it and ate with the kid.
Sorbet is good and the fresh cream is yummy also.
Pancake is soft and not too sweet or too bland to go with the sorbet and fresh cream.
The portion is big and maybe more suitable for 3-4 pax sharing.
A must try in TCA.

The salmon is nicely cooked and the moist is good.
