Not your typical puff up warm soufflé. You can taste the cheese and it goes really well with the bitter orange compete, not overly sweet creme anglaise and top with crispy langue de chat!

Perfectly cooked cod with salty squid ink. An above average dish!

Uniquely refreshing salad to open up your palette. The green pea cream and red cabbage gel adds oomph to the dish!

Best dish of the night! In artichoke barigoule foam and crispy proscuitto ham - a balance dish and the scallops was perfectly done! Definitely a dish to order

Modern Indian food is a nice concept but the food here is too salty and over seasoned, you can’t really taste the dishes much. The only winner here was the carrot purée. In short, a chic restaurant that reminds me of London dining scene, with mediocre food.

The cocktail was underwhelming, possibly due to the lack of alcohol though the concept was promising. Please give the duck salad a miss and go for the smoked cod instead (sans picture). It smell of smoked hay and the meat was tenderly soft, the winning dish of tonight!

The creamy eggs, crispy bacon and the fresh tomato relish - balance indeed and yummy! Even the brioche bun deserve a mention, is pillowy soft and brown on the outside. 10 for 10!

Can’t decide on the winner, both dishes are exquisite! The sea bream tasted Thai Asian green harissa. Fried cauliflower with pickled beetroot, mint, dukka walnut and banana (though can’t taste the banana).

The tagliatelle was bellisimo and Al dente! For the octopus dish the ratatouille was the star of the dish! Good place for Italian but the glass wine was so so..

Fish with cheese crust with decadent mussel soup and Mangaji Togarashi purée at the side. Amazing !
