Flavorful thin noodles in very elegant chicken & clam based soup with touch of truffles. Nicely sliced fatty pork on buttered rice was nice, too.

My first visit to their Singapore branch. Despite its higher pricing, I would nominate this as one of the best burgers in Singapore. もう長いことハンバーガーを食べていないことを思い出し、香港に拠点を置くショップのシンガポール支店に初訪問。本店は現地のビジネスマンで大行列をなしていたが、ここは時間帯のせいか閑散とした印象。肝心のバーガーは本店よりやや上品な印象だが、それでも自分にはちょうど良いボリューム感で満足。

Chicken fillet is not a typical dish for tendon in Japan. But it was actually good and goes well with onsen-tamago.

The famous Chilli Crab was invented here some 60 years ago. The combination with fried rice and buns are just great!
