Basil Pork with Century Egg - this dish was on their special menu. It is by far the best basil pork dish I've tried, the minced pork was flavourful and the fried century egg complemented the meat well. I love the combination but felt that the century egg was a tad jelak towards the end

One of the new and upcoming online beverage delivery companies, offering novel coffee flavours. Something interesting about this content is that it originates from Baki, Singapore being one of their first overseas markets.
This particular flavour is Coffee & Oat Milk. An attempt to describe the taste will be that it taste primarily like coffee (surprise surprise), with the characteristic mild acidic taste. What is interesting to me is how the Oat Milk came to my tastebuds. It came with a faint aftertaste, very interesting.
All in all, this single bottle makes me curious on the entire series. Safe to say that there's surprise in every bottle. Lastly, do note the short shelf life as no preservatives were used.

Hipster place. Slight culture shock for 80s dude like myself. Decent dish in the pic. Bingsu is cool relief, we decided to enjoy the coolness out in the cool al fresco setting
Taste: Not bad for its value. Fried rice can be hotter. Fried chicken is good and crispy
Value: $6 very worthwhile
