Hidden inside Katong shopping centre lies one of the most unique ice cream flavours. To those who loves pulut hitam, you have to try this

Seemed pretty normal but the highlights were the fishball, meatball, fish cakes which were all hand made and it's a cut above the rest.

Came here to try the day after this stall was featured in FoodKing. Both the mee rebus and Mee soto is truly to die for.

Not bad, it's not as thick as I thought, slightly on the lighter side but all in all still a very good bowl of Katong laksa

$7.50 for this ramen is definitely a steal. It's even better than some overpriced ramen in restaurants. The soup was very delectable but the cha-shu definitely steals the show.

A different style of char kuay teow. This one is slightly on the wetter version with lots of garlic and a handful of chilli in it which brings the CKT to a different level. Highly recommended.

Usually a fan of the black carrot cake but the white carrot cake at He Zhong with a dash of chilli is definitely delicious.

However, the owner's son taking the orders isn't that friendly. Probably stressed up with coping the huge number of orders.

Highly recommended to try the Fried Mixed Organ Porridge and Fried Mee Sua!

Owner was super friendly and of course very passionate about her cendol, her ingredients are definitely not the ones that are out from the cans.

The red beans, corns and coconut were freshly made. The gula melaka were of high quality. Highly recommended!

What a hidden gem and probably one of the best Pad Thai I've ever had, it truly reminds me of those you find in the streets of Bangkok.
