Glutinous Rice With Pork Belly $9
Love the texture and stickiness of this glutinous rice. Very flavourful rice, nice balance between sticky and gummy. The meat adds a nice texture and chewiness to the dish. Definitely my favorite dish of the night.

Creamy chawanmushi topped with tobiko and ikura, served with side of house chips. Yum yum yum!! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Salmon two ways $16-20
I like how they prepped their salmon, house cured salmon and pan fried. But the poached eggs were lack lustre and brioche toast were too soggy and thick for my liking.
There were a couple of Hawaiian-inspired items (Maui Dreams, Happy Hula) that were โ€˜sold outโ€™ which was disappointing.

Hokkaido seafood don $26
Sushi rice is quite unique in taste and texture, mix of white and brown rice. Don consists of scallop, snow crab, salmon and uni, very fresh but seafood portion is on the small side.

Unagi foei gras fusion maki $18
All sorts of flavors abd textures all rolled into a maki.

A bit disappointed. Tonkatsu was hard and not very crispy. Truffle mash was overpowering. Poached egg were just plain poached eggs. Not impressed at all.

Their signature minted mocha. Delish! $7.50
