Matcha Bingsu ($13) I finally tried their bingsu after a long time to pass by their old outlet back orchard shopping ctr. But I thought it's not enough matcha powder but and barely taste powder. But their almond topping was quite fresh made crispy and crunchy. But I felt that their matcha is mild tbh as I did expected. But their red bean inside bingsu was quite hard to chew. But the ice cream was quite milky and creamy. I just gotta come back for Hojicha Bingsu nxt month.

Hojicha Bingsu Bingsu was not bad with a unique flavour of Hojicha ($19++) which I did not seen it before in other places. However, I find that more can be improved given its price such as more toppings.

Mango-vanilla Yogurt Cant rmb the item name, but was some yogurt ice below, a bit like bingsu. Pretty meh overall, but mango was sweet. Can have option to choose your ice cream flavour from vanilla, matcha, strawberry. $8.90 (if I am not wrong)

Pork Belly & Steak Don Small seating area. Small menu. Large on smells. Took about 15+ min for the Don to be served. Steak was overdone for my liking. Would have preferred a medium rare doneness. Pork Belly was ok, good colour and texture. Egg didn't taste like it was marinated for long. Yolk was soft, but not the runny kind. Portion size was just nice. Eat it. No regrats.

Kimchi Sliced Pork Bowl ($6.90) Interesting combination with the kimchi slices by the side but unfortunately the pork slices weren鈥檛 very fresh - the soft bones were too hard and not chewy, and the meat part quite dry. The sauce it was marinated in was nice though, would have gone well with the meat if it was fresher! You kind of pay for what you get.

Chicken Leg Don (Charcoal Grilled) If you鈥檙e at Westgate seeking for a more Budget option (below $10), do give kushiya a try! The chicken and vegetables in the bowl are charcoaled grilled and they鈥檙e really good. My favourite part of the bowl was really the vegetables, they were grilled so well and were so flavourful! The rice was definitely too bland and needed to be drowned in sauce but the rice of the bowl was fantastic for its price! There鈥檚 also free flow tea and while the service was a bit slow during dinner time, the workers were very friendly and even compensated my Friend with a skewer on the house when his rice came late because they ran out and had to cook more. I won鈥檛 be making special trips down to Jurong just for kushiya but if I鈥檓 there, it鈥檒l definitely be one of my top choices for a more budget meal.
