This Pandan Cheesecake was the highlight of my brunch â¨
It really tastes like a pandan cheesecake, with its super fragrant and strong pandan aroma and an incredibly dense and rich cheesecake.
The dessert came beautifully wrapped in a pandan leaf too!
The best part was probably the light, fresh and crunchy biscuit base which really complemented the soft, creamy cheesecake. This fusion dessert really reminded me of our local kueh actually. There was also a mild pistachio flavour to the cake as well.
In terms of portion size, it may look small but itâs actually so filling which makes it perfect for sharing! I highly recommend ordering this if youâre at Bacha Coffee.
I love this collab dessert between Shake Shack and Ms Kueh! Very citrusy, full of orange zest and orange rind, featuring the Eurasian sugee cake. A refreshing and light vanilla custard dessert. Highly recommend!
The two exclusive desserts to Shake Shack Vivo City. A must try when you visit.

The class Shake Shack burger remains one of my favourites!! Perfect for sharing.
Who can resist a tray of Shake Shack burgers and fries?
A bit on the sour side, this pickle and bacon filled burger is the perfect meal for pickle lovers!
My favourite peanut butter malted milkshake, itâs incredibly thick and addictive! Check out their Christmas special too.
Yummy strawberry vanilla custard frozen dessert topped with lots of rainbow sprinkles and strawberry waffle shards!
Pizza is life đ
Iâm always on the lookout for a good pizza place. I quite like the Little Caesarâs at Holland V.
Pepperoni is my favourite topping and these yummy slices of pizza were piping hot and tomatoey and incredibly cheesy!! Love the texture and freshness. The pepperoni was perfect, the cheese generous and stringy. The price was really decent and the portion was just nice for lunch. Didnât have to wait too long either, would recommend this pizza if youâre in need of comfort food âşď¸ @littlecaesars_sg
My first Work from Hotel âşď¸ Very worth it for the price!
With the Work From Hotel Package [$30.40] you can choose either a lunch set or breakfast set.
Ambiance
Thereâs also free Wifi all day and you donât need to constantly log in. You can stay from 9am (or 10am) until 5pm. I was there till 7pm because of my work hours. The lights get extremely dim from 6pm onwards - kind of like almost sitting in the dark. The table is a little low but very spacious... The table next to the wall has little cubbies and charging points on an extension. Way more roomy, would recommend.
Food
I opted for breakfast since Iâm kind of a hotel breakfast person - I went with the Breakfast at Hilton which consisted of free flow water, coffee or black tea, one breakfast main of scrambled eggs, Danish pastry (which looks more like two croissants), hash brown and two rather bouncy sausages. The juice options were apple/orange, I went with orange. I wish there were more tea options, rather than just very strong black tea. The breakfast also came with pork bacon and a small amount of baked beans. There was also a bowl of corn flakes with milk. Soya milk is available too.
Discount on A La Carte Menu
The a la carte menu is 30% off. Itâs advisable to book the Work From Hotel package at least 2 daysâ in advance!
Cakes
There is a selection of many assorted and reasonably priced cakes at D9 Cakery. We shared a Pear dessert and Carrot Cake which theyâre famous for.
The Pear contained pear cubes, creme caramel tea infused mousse, valrhona inspiration yuzu chocolate and almond sponge. The carrot cake was on a dense side but good for sharing!
Think this was a pretty good experience overall! :) I managed to get my work done and have productive discussions albeit the minor distractions of neighbouring dinersâ conversations within earshot.
