Chocolate waffle ($16.9)-described as sourdough waffles, probably a yeasted kind of waffle. Slightly crisp and was fluffy. With the chocolate sauce, etc was one really good waffle 4.5/5
Fluffy huge donut with icing sugar. A sort of sweet soften butter butter cream is stiffed inside this donut 4/5
Long sweet bread with almonds, and loaded with raisins with swirls of sugar frosting 4/5
Crispy sweet a bit chewy like a mochi. The waffles here are really good. This one paired woth sesame crisps, speculoos sauce and pandan(?) Froyo, which is more sweet than skur 4.5/5
Custardy, creamy but you still have that bread crust bite to it, really mild rum taste to it. not the sweetest, served with vanilla sauce 4/5
A brunch special. Had the sharing and single portion for this. Single was quite big as well. A roasted flavorful sirlion that's doneness is kind of different around the meat, well done to more medium rare 😅 was still good though, really good 4.25/5
Second floor Scotts square, place is larger than the one in raffles city, less cramped and more comfy. had the egglet waffle ($19). Quite crispy, taste is sweet, almost like a wafer. Mango's sweetness is actually really subtle because of this but still has that freshness to it, the hongkong milk tea gelato's bitterness is a bit stronger too, i guess because the sweet waffle 4/5
Bought this on chef yamashita's counter on the basement. A dense caky donut, sweet, subtle chocolate taste, not really mochi-like. 4/5
Quite possibly the best sticky pudding ive tried. Spongy but a bit goeey, very daty, sauce was buttery sticky and sweet. It's that kind of really sweet butterscotchy dessert i love, okay portion might be a bit too small 4.5/5
Went here during national day brunch. arrived quite late so kinda need to wait 15 minutes for a table. i kinda want to try their kaya since you know its the national day, but wanted something savory too. ended up getting sourdough, kaya, ricotta, roast beef, baked beans and sunny side up. Oh did not actually try eating the kaya with the beef/beans 😂, but it was very pandany, and with the ricotta on the sourdough, quite tasty 4//
Hokkaido kaarage-bigger than normal karage. Really crispy and juicy, i think the batter was thicker than usual karage 4/5
Japanese pub kind of restaurant on japan food town Not really a drinker, only had their food, was pretty good. Wagyu Curry rice with roast beef-normally i like thicker curry, but even though their' isnt exactly runny, it is still rich and tasty. not really spicy, has chunks of beef with it. To top it of, sliced of roast beef and runny egg yolk, really nice curry dice 4.25/5
