At $198 for this piece of usda prime, you would expect a lot more out of the cooking technique. The beef was perfectly cooked, charred and crispy on the outside, a fine evenly pink medium rare on the inside (was finished in the oven). The only downside was that there could’ve been more seasoning as well as a fattier cut of the meat.
Eggs Benedict, some canapés and a grapefruit pomelo starter. Simply amazing, one of the best eggs benny ever!!
The star for this dish was the egg custard for me. Can taste the sweetness and the consistency of the custard. Another reason why I feel it's the best sushi restaurant in Singapore
The uni is on another level, completely. Flown in fresh from Hokkaido, it's definitely worth it :)
