Vanilla ice-cream is the king of collaboration in my book. This is because it pairs wonderfully with many other things in the bakery, beverage or confectionary department.
Not because the portion was small (it wasn't) but because the bread was fresh, and all the bits (fluffy scrambled eggs, beef bacon, baked beans, chicken sausage) went so well with each other. #jbfoodies #brekkie
The 3 minute eggs are done beautifully! Still soft and wobbly. Great accompaniment to the kaya butter toast.

Tokyo Secret at Midvalley Southkey has moved into a cafe dining concept (no longer a kiosk outlet). Great ambience for enjoying your mille crepe or cheese tart sitting down.

Liked the 'cooked till just yellow' sayohlodeh (beans, cabbage, jicamas), the deep crimson sambaltumis and the freshly made #serunding
PS. When I met Adam, I learnt that the cooking maestro has been happily working his culinary magic along Jalan Trus in JB Bandar for well over 20 years... #jbfoodies
Well, part of the secret is to bbq it till the oils ooze out. The other part, i reckon, is to ensure that what you order iincludes #hanjeongsal (aka #porkjowl). This cut has added cartileagineous crunch! The best jowl I had was in a little local joint in Jeju, where it was wonderfully accompanied by myeolchi sauce (anchovies) #koreanfoodie #jbfoodies
Everything fron soy sauce quail's eggs to sweetened pumpkin and potato slivers
