We got the black angus sirloin don and it was cooked close to perfection! The meat was very tender albeit some loose tendons and the garlic chips were a good change in taste and complemented with the steak very well! The meat went very well with the warm Japanese rice that rested beneath the huge layer of steak!

🤤 Dry-aged for 15-20 days, this 250g of ribeye was tender and juicy when cut into it. It also had some smokiness and char which really brought out the flavours of the beef! 😍 The sauce served at the side was pretty good as well, with a hint of truffle.
