a medium cup was enough to fill me up! the drink was actually very nice, not too sour and adequately sweet (apparently at 30%)! to be clear, the chewy oats here refer to oats you make overnight oats with NOT nestum kind. had a very nice time chewing on the oats though they taste just like any kind of grain. for $3.90, this was super duper worth it! i like it😌

Maxed out my vege quota for the month🙃 believe me when i say that i hate my veges and this could have been torture for me. pretty expensive (whats new) but not too bad. the sauce was tangy and the veges were fresh! loved the radish in there! served with a warm beef broth on the side! YUM! very nice on a cold day!
