Japanese A4 Wagyu, Sashimi, & Black Truffle
premium Kagoshima wagyu ‘zabuton’, aburi salmon belly sashimi, ikura, onsen egg, black truffel jus, Niigata sushi rice ($48.80)
The beef was melt in the mouth tender and the onsen egg gave the dish a delicious creamy finish
Scrambled Eggs on Toast ($11) - the eggs were smooth and the bread was delightfully crunchy. The addition of the Pork Sausage ($5) and Wilted Spinach ($3.50) helped to balance the meal by providing contrasting flavors.
Also try the Iced Wicked Mocha ($8), which has a hint of peppermint mixed in.
Ambience was good, service was great, would return if I can wake up early enough on a weekend to avoid the brunch crowd.
