While the full buffet had interestingly respectable dishes like whole garlic cloves cooked in Japanese spice, I much preferred the bara set. Topped with an incredibly generous portion of fresh chunky pieces of sashimi like salmon, tuna, scallop, surf clam, swordfish and roe, the chirashi was incredibly indulgent, save for the overpowering sesame dressing. If you're ordering this, you might probably want to request for the dressing on the side. Be sure to head down early; by 12:30pm, the 42-seater was packed with a dozen PMEBs waiting in line.
