Had One Prawn & Co's 8-course set dinner was absolutely delicious! 🤤 I especially loved the dry-aged kingfish, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. The jumbo tiger prawns were another highlight – perfectly smoky, juicy, and sweet. And the prawn toast was perfectly crisp. 10/10 would visit again
Ordered the Zhup Zhup Supreme and Tasting Platter for 2 — packed with fresh prawns and flavourful broth, while the ngoh hiang made a good pairing. Definitely one of the best prawn mees I’ve had in SG and worth the bib gourmand hype!
Ordered a couple of dishes but my favourite was the Collagen Fish Maw Soup — rich & flavourful with tender fish maw and abalone (plus 1x refill!! 🤤). Loved the Prawn Roll as well!! Crispy outside with juicy filling and whole prawns inside.
Fat Belly Group Singapore is a hidden gem that has redefined my steakhouse experience. Their Full Blood Wagyu - Denver steak was a masterpiece, with its tender texture and rich, buttery flavor that left me craving for more. Accompanied by the perfectly cooked Steak & Eggs, it was a symphony of savory delights. And to my surprise, the Burrata Caprese added a refreshing twist to the meal, with its creamy cheese and burst of flavors from the tomatoes. Ended my meal on a sweet note with their Classic New York Cheesecake with strawberry compote, a heavenly dessert that provided the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. This steakhouse near Bukit Timah has truly raised the bar!
Dropped by the Farrer Park outlet and tried out their signature Yogost Purple Rice & the Strawberry Lemon Yo-tea. I really loved the chewy texture and the flavour of the Purple Rice drink in particular, 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back for more!
