Pleasantly surprised that it was really a bun!? I kept thinking it would be like the texture of a usual cream puff. Loved that the matcha filling was thick, creamy but not too sweet.

Yummy Vietnamese food at busy Amoy. Love their beef pho! The beef is springy and the soup base is sweet. Their Vietnamese spring rolls are a must have too!

Never understood why eat mock meat that tasted like meat but this dish really blew my mind away???!! It's so good and it really tasted like chicken?! Real chicken or not, would have it any day!
