The famous Dazzling Cafe from Taiwan makes it way to our shores! Expect beautifully plated items such as their stunning signature Shibuya Toasts, served by waitresses dressed as French maids in a setting that is dainty with an air of whimsy. Be sure to try the gorgeous Matcha with Azuki Beans Honey Toast ($19.90). Their savoury items here are surprisingly good, especially the Singapore-only exclusive Spicy Seafood Tomyam Tomato Spaghetti ($22.90). Be warned — the queue is formidably long.
Nunsaram (which means "Snowman" in Korean) is the latest in the wave of Korean dessert cafes that have sprouted in the past few months. Specialising in Bingsu, the cafe serves the usual flavours you can expect such as Injeolmi, Strawberry and Black Sesame. Go for the Green Tea Bingsu ($13.90) or the Mango Bingsu ($15.90). You can also find sides such as Garlic Cheese Bread ($7.90) if you crave something savoury.
The Lokal's lobster roll is easily one of the least expensive ones around, so please come with expectations managed. It features slipper lobster tails tossed in a lemon mayo dressing. Every bite is refreshingly piquant and crunchy, thanks to the addition of chopped gherkins and housemade coleslaw. I loved the toasted buns - the melted butter in there was so darn good, plus it helped to balance the tart flavours nicely.
The ever so famous orange tin in bangkok, remember that? Guess what, you can get it in SGP now! The authentic taste... Yum! And to go along with it, i ordered the Shibuya Toasts with vanilla ice cream drizzled with maple syrup. Heaven, i promise!

You no longer have to travel all the way to Thailand to get your dose of coconut ice cream served in a husk. The people over at newly opened Pong can help you with just that. Get their bestseller - coconut gelato and sorbet in a flesh-filled coconut husk and served with a cup of coconut juice. Their coconut gelato is dairy-free and their sorbets made from fresh fruits complement the gelato well. A perfect pick-me-up on a warm day!
Warm. Crispy. Freshly made. Favourite toppings. Ahhhh how good can this be. With a variety of toppings to choose from, over their kweerky names, i've decided to choose Go Bananas! Basically a generous squeeze of nutella and bananas. Melts in my mouth, oh so purrrfect! Try it out!
