BURPPLE1-1 *PLEASE MAKE RESERVATION EVEN ON A WEEKDAY* This time had two dishes instead of four. Cacio e pepe was sufficient and the Burata pizza was crunchy and well seasoned overall. A very good combo. Eating time was 1hr but we walloped everything in 20min. Then we ordered Tiramisu to go! Staff was hospitable and polite. Super must to book early, even at 7pm when we left, there were 10-15 people waiting outside to enter. 😅
Not much seating at this point in time but the bakes available are really something else. Go as early as possible to snag your favourite. Takeaway is recommended or if you really wanna get a seat, go when they open. Shared the grilled cheese with my friend and we got our own sweet favs (pictured: cinnamon roll and poached pear). So far I’ve had the Jalapeno and Black Garlic breads before which might be a bit more daring than some might like but there is something for everyone! Got a black sesame bun, lemon cake and a chocolate cookie as takeaway for my parents!
One Man Coffee’s Big Breakfast might be the best American style out there and their French Toast with Brioche is really hearty! Super recommend. 1-1 available for mains!
Spacious and comfortable place. Food price wise was rather steep but the portions made up for that hike. Thoroughly enjoyed the cacio e pepe and calzone (half was huge!). The rigatoni and fusilli pesto based pasta were alright. The other star to me was the spinach and artichoke dip. Maybe strange we did not get the pizza but I think the sauce paired with the calzone gave us a taste.
Quaint place with sizeable amount of seating. Been here twice already and have enjoyed the tea based flavours like Osmanthus Oolong and Tie Guan Yin. The chocolate and earl grey were pleasant too. Next round when I come back I will try the waffles!
Delightful atmosphere and the menu had a selection of pasta to white meats and red meats. My friend and I opted for the Barramundi and chimichurri which was served on a bed of baby potatoes and a side of asparagus. We really enjoyed our mains despite the fact that we wanted to cut our carbs. Fish was fresh and skin was crispy. We also got two mock-tails, the onde onde and a mojito. Service crew were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again!
I come back here at least once every year. Menu has been revamped and generally with the 1-1 deals or Eatigo at 50% is a great bang for your buck. The dishes we got we a great complement of tomato and cream, sweet, savoury and spicy.
Super hearty and delicious Korean food in the heart of the city. Relatively affordable and yummy! Great lunch sets too.
LQ pic but HQ dinner featuring the Tiramisu my friends surprised me for my advance birthday! We used 2 sets of the Burpple - had the Prosciutto pizza, Tagliatelle cacio e pepe fried egg (they ran out of malfalde), Tagliatelle bolognese, Penne spicy tomato sauce, pancetta, Italian sausage. Absolutely loved the pizza, cacio e pepe and bolognese!!! Left so happy 🥰
Had the 12 spice otah and skewers. Veg was nice to complement the others. Pity the famous squid was out of stock so must order in advance!

Since my last visit, they have expanded upstairs which is great for current safe management measures. Waffles were crispy and enjoyable.
