Went with the Burpple 1 for 1 and it was extremely value for money. We ordered the ribeye and the sea perch, and every component was well thought out and accompanied the protein well. Lovely posh environment but not too formal. Recommend for dates or to go with friends for a night out!

Strong wok hey flavour, abundant sauce. Nice! A little expensive starting at $6 for the smallest.

Interesting pasta fusion with Muslim and Thai flavours. Personally not that big of a fan of such flavours so I would give it a 7.5/10.

The salted egg soft shell crab pasta was good, but pasta is jelat after awhile. Crab is soft and juicy, best part of the dish.
Also ordered squid ink pasta, average pasta and juicy squid.

Would come with 1 for 1 but not at it’s usual price.

My favourite Japanese buffet as they serve quality food. Sashimi is thick and fresh, and decent selection. Love their teapot soup and Ikura chawanmushi as well. Fast and efficient service, and they didn’t miss out any food that we ordered. Would definitely come back!!

Came with high expectations due to many reviews I saw online. Pretty overpriced food which are just slightly above average imo. Big portions but average taste. Nice atmosphere that feels like stranger things. Would come once for the experience but wouldn’t come back again!

Waffle crispy, fluffy and sweet.
Lemon curd speculoos ice cream taste too sweet for me, almost like cheese cake. Would appreciate more tartness!

- Udon itself was nothing amazing honestly, very thick but not QQ enough. I’ve had better at similar prices.
- The soup was quite good considering this isn’t a ramen joint.
- Tempura was mediocre.
- Decent for a normal lunch!

Generous slices of salmon (8 slices), and comes with 3 types of Japanese sides.
Another highlight is the truffle ebiko rice, very unique, first time having it in a chirashi. Made the whole meal enjoyable cause usually I don’t like the plain rice in most chirashi dons.

Our favourite and arguably best Burpple beyond deal my boyfriend & I have tried so far. Burger is well balanced, wagyu is soft and yummy (better than Shakeshack’s beef), fries generous portion, and overall 9/10. Lovely environment too. Love it!!! So worth with the 1 for 1.
