Great Wagyu Burger I recently dined at Market Bistro and loved the experience. I started with the fried baby squid, which lived up to its rave reviews. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and came with this delicious chilli sauce.
For the main course, I had the wagyu burger. The patty was juicy, tender, and full of rich flavour, complemented perfectly by a fragrant toasted bun. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while.
I ended with the Baked Alaska, a delicious dessert with perfectly torched meringue and creamy layers of ice cream and sponge cake underneath. It was a sweet and satisfying way to finish the meal. Highly recommend it!
