The chicken is fried but not oily. The portion of rice is proportional to the chicken so you won’t feel like you had too much rice and very little chicken. Totally affordable. Hidden gem at level 2 of Taman Jurong Hawker Center. The only disappointment was that food was served cold on a weekend afternoon when I had it.

For halal ramen, this tasted really good as compared to the halal ramen I had in Japan before. The broth is flavourful and the spicy level is bearable for level 1. Had it for supper and it was great for comfort food

Teochew porridge in prawn broth. It won’t be the same without the spring onions and fried egg 🤤
For the portion, the price is a bit steep. $9 for the porridge above.
