Fig cream cheese Sourdough Ciabatta 6nett Portion is pretty big, feeds 2 if that's all youre having. The figs are well roasted, but that's really all. Theres cubes of cream cheese but they taste like white cheese more, and the two flavours dont go tgt, and the overall taste is very mild, nowhere near sweet enough. Bread has way too much bite as always I struggle to understand why these cafe-hopping girls love this

Build Your Own Bowl (Chicken) $13 if you choose chicken. I like the pepper chicken - it was generous and well seasoned. Kimchi was good. The quinoa base was surprising cos it wasn't really quinoa but small pasta balls. And that's probably why I was so full at the end of the meal. I'll still consider this to be in the healthy category tho hehe

awesome salmon bowls ($14) was really surprised by the crazy generous portions of salmon, kimchi, and avocado! one of the best cafes ever with amazing ambience ❤️

What A Filling Meal!!! Initially thought that serving was rather small till I realised I overestimated myself. Salmon was fresh so it’s nubbad! Generous serving of avocados as well. worth cause it’s a salmon + avocado dish for half the price heh 😋

Hot Chocolate [$6] Wanted to get a cup of hot drink after our dinner and found ourselves at Flagwhite! My friend went with the matcha latte that uses powder from Matchaya, while I got myself a hot chocolate that uses chocolates from Fossa. They have it in 70% and 80% chocolate, and I ordered the latter on recommendation by the staff. Enjoyed the fragrant bittersweet notes!

Honey Mustard Pork Ribs Was expecting soft tender ribs but turns out the ribs were tough. The honey mustard sauce was good but wasn’t enough to save this dish. The other dishes we ordered were good. Will be giving this dish a miss then next time when we are there.

Teh Tarik Cream Puff Teh Tarik Cream Puff ($7) is under limited edition for NDP seasonal menu and end under end of month. So the taste replication for teh tarik is so similar (creamy and milky). Its giving off local vibes for national day month.

Pumpkin spice latte Seriously can't take any pumpkin spice at all. There's a little bit of nutmeg on top. They took our feedback and made us another cup. Very nice but honestly both taste exactly the same lol no pumpkin spice

Brownie Blackout brownies are all good, this one is abit too sticky-dense and outside isn't the most crispy, so not top tier. But still enjoyable

They recently launched @simple_donutbakery selling nyonya inspired flavors of bombolinis 🌈😋definitely a first! The flavors are: 1️⃣ Nyonya Rendang chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2️⃣ butterfly pea cream cheese ⭐️⭐️ 3️⃣ lychee rose ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4️⃣ nyonya Gula Melaka ⭐️⭐️ 5️⃣ Thai green Milk tea ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6️⃣ cinnamon sugar ⭐️⭐️ ... I was lucky to get the box during their Mother’s Day special hence an extra cinnamon donut hehe🍀 hopefully they would be selling individually one day haha✨ I love that they are not overly sweet and oily with the right amount of airy and fluffiness in both the cream and donut 👍 personally would love to see more savory additions! But either way, absolutely love their nasi lemak haha😂 (took away 2 boxes while getting these hehs)

One Of The Best Nasi Lemaks In Singapore One of my top few Nasi lemak spots in Singapore. Sadly, they’re only open on weekdays during lunch and I don’t work nearby😭 their Har cheong gai option is fantastic. The chicken comes out perfectly fried every single time and still remains juicy despite the outside being so crisp. Love the blue pea rice which isn’t very greasy and is very light and fluffy. Also tried the unagi rice which is good too! Unagi was damn tender and fresh. $10 for unagi is also damn cheap, esp for this quality.

Blue Pea Nasi Lemak Spotting the quintessential nasi lemak ingredients, like sambal chili, ikan billis, peanuts, and egg, what makes them stand out was the use of butterfly pea flower for their rice. Don't be mistaken, the deep blue hue is only on a portion of the rice and not the entire bowl of it. I couldn't detect any distinct butterfly pea taste from it, and even if there was, it was overpowered by the strong coconut fragrance, in a good way. Went with the Har Cheong Chicken option and I was impressed! The chicken was fragrant and juicy, just like how prawn paste chicken should be! Overall, a very satisfying lunch indeed.

Quality Ingredients And Pretty Dessert Pasta with crabmeats, scallops, kombu caviar is an interesting combo. Bacon w tomato n cheese risotto was an good match. And the lovely ice cream worth taking photo-strawberry ice cream

Combo set for 2 Meet 4 Meat has been on my food list for a very long time, always wanted to try their Beef Wellington. But finding parking here is a hassle. So ended up, have to park at Katong I12 and walk over. Came on a Friday Evening, and still have ample seating areas. The other dishes were nothing really special, it wasn't that bad, just fillers.

Encased in buttery puff pastry and while we appreciated the ratio of meat:pastry, personally found the pastry on the soggier side and lacking the expected flakiness. That aside, this dish is usually valued way more so those looking to try can consider this wallet friendly option 2) 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐤 - Personal favourite among the meats for the flavourful marination and tender bite 3) 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 & 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐩 - Enjoyed the chicken chop while the wings were unfortunately on the dry side and could be more charred 4) 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 (or Dutch potato) - Thin cut and crispy fries that added a good balance of carbs 5) 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 - Appreciated the refreshing greens and pineapple salsa to cut through some meaty richness

Great 🍔 + Amazing Fries Ordered both Deluxe Burger ($6.50) and Crispy Chicken Burger ($6.50) with Chilli Cheesy Beef Fries ($5). All was good! The crispy chicken patty looked dry but thankfully it was not. Deluxe Burger Patty was juicy. Fries was good and the sauce really complemented it though it’s a tad spicy. Would go back again to try the other items!!

Just Salmon Such a pretty dish! I had to take pictures of it from every angle! Salmon with giant Israeli couscous. The salmon was well paired with the brown butter miso sauce! Healthy and light. Order a Muddy espresso with cold milk to complete the meal.

Squid Ink Fried Rice Slightly spicy with two soft shell crabs and crispy fried fish cubes. I enjoyed it. The soft shell crabs were fresh. I didn't expect the crabs as the menu stated, battered squid. I didn't expect the rice to be spicy but it gave the dish an extra kick! Best part was, my teeth didn't turn black from the squid ink 😬

Visit on the weekends for the tried and tested Butcher's Daughter ($16) – excellent medium rare seared sous vide beef alongside creamy scrambled eggs. For something light, the Dashi Noodles ($8.90) in a bonito broth with pulled chicken and onsen egg should do the trick.
