Had my first fine dining experience in One Prawn & Co! We had the 8-course menu — fresh oysters to start, perfectly cooked octopus, and an outstanding kingfish loin with a tangy Green Goddess sauce. The jumbo prawns were a real highlight, and the burnt toast ice cream was a creative, nostalgic finish. Beautifully plated and well-balanced overall! Special mention their friendly service, the lady who served us was super lovely and even gave us a hand-written card.

We ordered the Mr Crabs and Salmon Burrata sandwiches, paired with White Foam and Hojicha Foam drinks — and everything hit just right! ✨
The Mr Crabs 🦀 stood out with its juicy crab meat and crunchy hash brown layered with green harissa — a satisfying mix of textures and spice.

The Salmon Burrata 🐟felt more indulgent, with smoky salmon balanced by creamy burrata and herby pesto. Both sandwiches were flavourful yet not overly heavy.
The Foam drinks were a pleasant surprise — the White Foam had a silky sweetness that paired beautifully with the savoury sandwiches, while the Hojicha Foam offered that earthy roasted tea note I love. Overall, a well-balanced brunch that felt both comforting and satisfying!

Ordered one of their signature — 1. Supreme Prawn Noodles ($20++) which comes with huge chunks of pork ribs, 2 prawnball, some shabu shabu, lala & 3 big prawns & also their Pao Fan ($16++)that comes with 3-4 big prawns & some lala! Their soup is super thick & flavourful and what surprised me is that the soup between the claypot’s, noodles & the Pao Fan’s, they are all different!! If you prefer lighter, the noodles soup will suit you, but if you prefer something more flavourful, you will like the other 2! Compared to their Pao Fan, I actually preferred to this and feel it was more worth! Whilst the Ngoh Hiang ($2.40) was very crispy and pair very well with the sauce provided!

Comes with 3 different cuts between ribeye and chuck, gives u 3 different texture & flavour profile of steaks in 1. Paired with bordelaise, salsa verde & sea salt definitely added another layer of flavour & enhance the rich flavour. I personally think that having them w/o any pairing is good enough as the steaks are cooked in perfect medium rare, very tender, soft, flavourful &umami.
