Yums. Not that great for a price but ambience sure allows for a quiet get away over dinner. With free valet parking and low crowd, $18 for 3 pieces of grilled mushy is worth it. Top it with creamy sauce and fresh prawns, you gotta admit you wanna visit this place soon
Maxwell Market has a few new promising stalls. One of them is Huang Ji, which sells tomato wanton noodles which piles with lots of greens.

not too overbearing, not too thick in its sauce. lovely
not bad. The soup base is not too creamy or overly thick in texture. Noodles are unlike the ones from Katong Laksa but not paling too much in standard. For $2/bowl, I will return.
