Wa this potato is damn good potato. Cooked once (boiled?), then smashed flat and fried. Crispy potato heaven, the skin sibei shiok.

Only thing worth getting from TBB imo. The caramelisation damn on point. Naise.

This pain au chocolat was buttery, fluffy and crisp. Solid sia. The lemon brioche was not bad, but skip the chocolate bun and peach brioche.
