Had the Dumpling Platter ($13) with the Original dipping sauce that was really tasty. The filling was not bad and the dumpling skin had a slight sweet taste.
Mala Chicken Breast with Multigrain Rice ($11) Soft and tender chicken breast but the Mala sauce was rather mild, not spicy or numbing at all. Love the mushrooms and sauce at the side of the rice, made it very flavourful!
Finally satisfying my craving for these bagels!! Tried steak and egg ($14) with cheddar bagel and it was really good😋😋 Loved the the ginger scallion chimichurri sauce, perfect complement to the steak slices! Gonna keep going back for my bagel fix✌🏻
The red spicy tonkotsu broth was really rich, flavourful and thick! You get to customise preferred flavour of broth, noodle texture and even cut of meat (pork belly or shoulder). Ordered normal for the broth but its still thicker than normal ramen broth, which i really love it👍🏻 And the pork belly chashu was such a thick generous slice. Overall serving is very generous:) Will come back again to try the original broth🍜
Not bad but not the best pasta. The meatballs and sauce were fine but i personally felt that they added too much cheese into the pasta.
It was a disappointment:( Pasta was not spicy at all and not flavourful at all. The only tasty thing was the bacon. And till the end of the dish, there was a lot of oil left behind. Wouldn't come back here again for a long time, definitely not worth $17. Tea Party at SMU taste so much better!!
The best gyoza i've had so far in my life! I would think the gyoza has more filling than any other gyozas i tried previously. The dumpling skin was perfectly crisped and the right thickness, with the delicious meat and vegetable filling. It was the highlight of my meal there despite just being an appetizer. Had the pulled pork burger as well, but it didn't really satisfied my taste palette as the sauce marinade was a tad too sweet for my liking. Overall I would go back again for the gyoza and try the other mains such as the Grilled Chicken with Rice/Soba:)
Best thing about this pizza is the thin crust pizza dough! Love how the pizza is not overly thick but crispy and at the same time chewy. The Carbonara pizza was topped with a generous amount of bacon and a soft runny egg in the middle. But I personally prefer their tomato base pizza over this cream base pizza as i can't really taste the flavor of the cream sauce!
Tried this famous soya sauce chicken with their egg noodles. The chicken was very succulent and smooth and the sauce flavourful! Best thing about this is the price, it's very affordable for quality food :)
The torched charsiew was absolutely amazing! Really love the sweetness of the well torched meat and the tenderness of the meat as well. The rice was well seasoned with japanese seasoning making it very tasty. I would say this is the best charsiew I've ever tasted so far☺️
The chicken meat was succulent and tender! Not really a fan of claypot rice cause it can be a bit too dry for me at times but the ingredients are if quality and they are quite generous with the meat and chinese sausage. Would recommend this place if you're a fan of claypot rice:)
Love the fries, it was very tasty and the sauce that came with it was super good. It was like a mix between salsa and marinara sauce! The burger took me by surprise because i didn't know what to expect for a pork burger, thought the meat would be quite tough and hard, BUT IT WAS SOFT AND TASTEFUL!! Would prefer if they gave more than one onion ring in my burger and also perhaps add caramelised onions~ Especially more onion rings cause i chose this burger type craving for some onion rings in my burger but there was only one:( Still, overall i enjoyed the pork burger and will try other burgers the next time!
The noodles texture was amazing, so chewy and smooth the same time! Couldn't stop eating! And the fried wanton added some crunch and meaty goodness to my noodles. And the spring onion oil sauce made the noodles so tasty. Will be back for more noodles and definitely upsizing it🍜
