Shout out to the smoked ox tongue it’s damn flavorful and melt in your mouth!!

The steak is well season and it the cuts were amazing even without sauce. My favourite cut would be Zabuton, its so tender! Also the choron sauce elevates the flavors of the steak! The beef heart tomato tasted light and fresh, works very well with the steak.
