Tempura batter bits overload!

Still screwing up now, but at least not as bad as before.
Apparently the bottom two pics are by far my best in terms of looks and techniques, esp when top right ones are cut with the pitcher by accident. It is certainly a lot more difficult than it looks, but it's amazing how I can still surprise myself.

An espresso, a sticky date pudding swimming in caramel, and another earl grey pudding swimming in gingerly milk.
Sueann says it's like huat kueh. Way to make me sianz ah girl.

Pretty simple but good. $5 off coffee per main.

These tasted a little cheaper than its cost. The chocolate rice on top of the chocolate cake is really not ok for me. Smores Pie was best out of these three as I like the salty taste that breaks the sweetness of the choc.

Two thick #brioche with PB&J, soaked in seasoned eggies, vanilla bean ice cream and chef's own berries compote hor. A lot of artistry in this seemingly simple thing.
