Lightly dust the parts of crab with cornflour, turmeric powder & pepper before shallow fry it with hot oil. After which I cook it with butter, brown onion, curry leaves, bird eye chili, curry powder, cherry tomato and drizzle of coconut milk. Super love the gravy which goes with rice or bread, shall try using prawns and squid with this method soon.
