House of Seafood (@houseofseafood.sg) is best known for their plump and fresh crabs but this lobster dish is simply astonishing. Yes, the lobster is fresh with sweet and succulent meat. 😋 That creamy, buttery, savoury-sweet, intensely flavourful sauce cooked from housemade superior broth which made me cleaned the plate and I'm not ashamed of it. 😆

Black Pepper Crab Doesn't matter if it is wet or dry version, I have my hands all over the Black Pepper Crab as long as it is tasty! This regal and gigantic (check out those Thor-like claws) crab weighs at about 1kg is not a lightweight fighter in a heavy armor. It is full of plump, moist and sweet crab meat. The crab tasted heavenly after skinny dipping in the thick paste-like peppery sauce. 😋
