Chashu Rice Bowl ($18) Walked past and got attracted to one for one lunch. Couldn’t decide between a chirashi don or a chashu rice bowl and decided to go for the latter because it seemed like more skills would be required. But I must say it was slightly disappointing. The pork belly was lean which could be a good thing but was dry and tough. The sauce was sort of an in between a yakitori and a teriyaki sauce. Would have been great if they had given more sauce for the rice. Because dry pork and dry rice was just scraping on the inside of my mouth, causing cuts 😰😰😰 Flavours we’re right but not texture.

Chicken Oysters 4.5+ Well grilled, it had a nice crispy exterior while being supremely juicy and bouncy inside. It's not called the chicken oyster for nothing lol, I'm just happy I finally found a yakitori place that serves this
