My favorite way of cooking crabs - BBQ. Brings out the fragrance of the seafood umami to its best, provided it is not overcooked. Retaining its juiciness with a sweet and salty soya sauce coating the shells, this is definitely one of my favorite crab joint.

For rm75, the full lamb rack is extremely worth it with juicy tender meat. The ultimate show stealer is still the dry aged porterhouse with intense flavor and perfectly done at medium rare. Wine is also affordably priced at rm120 for the cheapest bottle. Definitely recommended to bring the meal to the next level. Total bill came up to rm700 for 3 of us, quite the standard price for good steaks with wine.

I love the puns in their menu here. 'Ham' which means 'salty' in Cantonese refers to the salted egg yolk used in this dish while 'Sap' which means 'wet' refers to the finger-lickin sweet creamy butter sauce. The salted egg yolk gives a lovely golden crunch which goes well with the juicy flesh of the crab while the creamy butter sauce gives it that extra boost of flavor. This dish is loaded with cholesterol but I would gladly put myself at risk from a heart attack for another piece of this mouth-watering goodness. This restaurant is famous for their out of this world crab sauces such as Oreo Chessy crab and Coffee Cheese crab.

This area used to be known as ไบŒๅฅถๆ‘, this restaurant has been operating humbly and has gained much fanfare from its crabs!!! While I was waiting eagerly for my share to arrive, I kept hearing โ€œplackโ€ โ€œplackโ€ sound, came to realized each table around us were working hard on the steel hammer cracking crabs....hahaha. Being Singaporean and Chilli crabs were part of our culture, I must say this is gooooood!!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

A different kind of broth from the usual pork fats laden ramen soup. Clear clam based broth with shoyu and a dollop of Black truffle. Loved the Ajitama egg which had the flavorful herby egg whites fully cooked but egg yolk still runny! Recommend to add ramen and chashu as the portion isnโ€™t big. 1 bowl is simply not enough for the tongue and the tummy!

Pick a base, 5 sides, 1 poke, 2 sauces and top it off with toppings such as ebiko, seaweed and sesame seeds (RM18). Although it was nice, salmon was fresh and thick, the portion is just small for the price.

The calamansi sorbet added a nice acidity to the dish, with the mint brightening it up. The dollops of salmon roe also added a nice briny umami burst, with the creamy avocado cutting the sharpness. The prawns were an interesting choice, but as with raw prawns, it can leave a slightly gelatinous texture, which perhaps would work better with a mix of prawn and scallop.
