Had the tobiko prawn noodle soup while my partner tried the dry version with shabu. Personally, I preferred the dry version with a little bit of spice. Both came with a claypot prawn soup that is super gao and savoury. Also tried the ngoh hiang platter which is quite a good starter plate for us. Real tasty!

Saw quite a few good reviews for FBG at Botanics and went to try it out myself! Tried the Denver and Deckle Steaks and they did not disappoint! Really like the Deckle, it was a beautiful cut and quite tender. The Cream Kale and Brocollini were also nice sides to pair with the dish as well.

Had a delightful dinner experience at Meadesmoore. We were feeling adventurous and went for the chef’s select which introduced us to many wonderful flavours!

For Appetisers we had Crudo and Baby Octopus Piperade. Absolutely loved the Crudo (that day was scallops in buttermilk). It’s so good and matched really well with the baby octopus. We had steak for the mains and the meat was super juicy and tender. It was matched beautifully with a spinach salad and Mac&Cheese. Service was excellent and portion sizes are big - we were stuffed and happy. Had Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate for desserts and it was the perfect end to our meal.

Would definitely love to come back to try more dishes!
