Jumblelaya might be a better name for it. Threw in some sweet potatoes, chicken, seafood and cooked the rice separately before mixing everything up - that way perfectly cooked brown basmati rice is guaranteed.

Large, fresh prawns, generous crab meat chunks and lots of bean sprouts in a sweet, savoury, tasty broth. Glad we opted for something apart from their usual awesome pho because this was just as delicious!
