Tasted the kanshoku signature ramen.

Soup - Advertised as no msg with broth brewed for more than 8 hours. I could taste the flour of the noodle. It’s not one of the best I have tasted.

Noodle - the noodle is not the traditional ramen noodle. It is similar to the wanton mee noodles. Doesn’t fit well for a ramen.

Chashu - the portion is really generous. The meat is really fresh and tasty.

Overall I will rate this dish a 0 star - simply below average taste for a $16 meal. For a more worthy ramen, check out takagi ramen for a better tasting ramen for as low as $6
