The grilled octopus was quite well done, tender yet smoky and flavorful. Good!!
The avocado toast was glazed with balsamic, dehydrated tomato and topped with parched egg, a lot healthier choice as compared to the rest of the meal.
Juicy and moist roasted chicken in ladyboy dressing, think it’s good since we managed to finish it and I didn’t touch it.
What interested us was goat milk sponge cake, which was pretty unusual. It was creamy and rich.
While the canalé was right textured and balanced with caramelisation, we are still hunting our favorite canalé with the perfect texture and taste, just like how we tasted it at the street of Paris.
This isn’t something which one would find in any cafe, and it was really rich and delicious. With parsley chimichurri and garlic crumbs, one could already imagine how good this was.
The buttery scrambled eggs was layered between a round croissant burger and 8g of black truffle, and spread with truffle aioli and truffle paste.
It was fluffy and full of flavor.
The puff pastry was packed with snapper, salmon belly, tiger prawns, green mussels, slams and scallops, and the bechamel just brought out the flavor excellently. Topped it up with trout roe, this seafood pot pie was quite pleasing.
