Salmon Fish & Chips 👍🏻👍🏻 - Was intrigued by seeing fish and chips made with Salmon, texture was crunchy both the coating and the fish xD. Not a fan of this cooking method for salmon at the moment, but managed to sneak a bite of the battered dory from my friend’s plate and it was much better, chips were great as well with a variety of sauces.

Curry had a good spice kick to it and it was a decent size fish head with chunky flesh.
Meat was super juicy and succulent. Apple purée really compliments it well. However, the quinoa and smoked edamame were mediocre. Price is abit steep for this one.
