Sichuan Mala Hotpot A pot of bold, spicy broth infused with Sichuan peppercorns, bringing that signature numbing heat. Loaded with mushrooms, tofu, fresh greens and tofu puffs that soaked up the fiery soup. Each ingredient carried the broth’s depth in its own way. The spice was strong yet balanced, making it hearty and comforting especially when paired with rice on the side 》$16.50

Divine felafel sandwich Not only is this place kosher, halal, and vegan, but it also shows that vegan food can be tasty too <3 I love the fill free sandwich. I also recommend the pita chips and the babaghanoush 🤩

back at my fav place for hummus & pitas! I tried their PITA CHIPS ($3.50) which was 1.5 pitas cut into thin strips & deep-fried till crunchy💥💥 They were then dusted with cajun & za’atar, and served with tahini and harissa. super addictive but pls share bcoz i finished it and the oil was swimming in my stomach HAHA

Sukiyaki (SGD19) You probably can’t see but there’s actually mock pork belly slices in this pot too! On top of the generous portion of ingredients, I’m glad that the broth was really comforting and tasty too. To make things even better, they provided a portable Japanese stove to keep the sukiyaki pot boiling hot!👍

Mitoboru Maki (SGD18) Mitoboru is known as Japanese Meatballs in English. Drenched in a sauce that’s slightly spicy, these maki are made of sliced cherry tomato, sliced radish, half a mock meatball and fried sushi rice rolled with mock prawn, avocado and cucumber. Best to be shared among 4 pax! Pretty good I must say.

Tasty Vegetarian Food! Ordered their ramen and unagi maki. Both dishes were well done and very delicious. Portion size is sufficient. One of the best Vegetarian restaurants in SG!

Amazing 3 Course Dinner Set The 3 course dinner set was amazing and super value for money with burpple 1-for-1 ($60). Started with the Spanish octopus which was perfectly cooked. We got the lamb shank and pork for mains. There was also a complimentary birthday dessert on top of the 2 desserts we alr have. Overall it was a pleasant experience as we had a very hearty meal.

Kopi 'O' Dessert I went to Porta a month ago, but his dessert sometimes still will pop in my mind...very addictive dessert😆

3 Course Meal @ $62 (Burpple 1 For 1) We had fried oysters and Spanish octopus for our appetizers, followed by porta burger and fillet mignon for our mains. We ended off the night with our desserts - Pecan cake with ice cream and Black Forest. They gave us an complimentary birthday cake as it was my friend birthday! The service was really great and the ambience is chill. This place is located in Park Hotel, it is overall great for a nights out! With the deal, it was double the worth! Price: $62 for 2 pax Rating: 7/10

Mentaiko Salmon Don I finally tried their Mentaiko Salmon Don (cooked) ($17.90) after so long of wandering for at least 2 years ago. Back in 2018, I went to Japanese Curry Express for Salmon Mentai Don with one of my poly friend. She also ordered same as me that time but we didn't wanted to share together because the portion was quite small but its quite filling tbh. I saw @foodee.diaree's reviews for 2 weeks ago and reminded me the shop still opened at there till now. I preferred Mentaiko Salmon Don to be uncooked but my stomach got some problems with diary products (I didn't want to take risk anymore and need to play safe) I felt that it was quite overwhelmed with mayo but I felt that their salmon was really fresh and so good.

Wagyu Beef Don I did asked my friend about differences between Tanuki Raw and Rakki Bowl for Wagyu Australian Wagyu MB5 (Signature Truffle Wagyu Don) - $14.90. She didn't answered my answers lol. (probably I just want to know the differences in terms of taste and pricing) I knew the pricing differences between australian and japanese wagyu in terms of quality.

Delicious Salmon Don Tamago is sweet and salmon not overly cook. Overall food is delicious Just that the music play in the store is weird

Original Mazesoba With Char Siew | $15.80++ Ramen was springy and thick. The sauce mixes really well with the noodles. Char siew was tender. Strongly recommend their karaage chicken! Would definitely come back again!

All Toppings & Char Siew Ordered the all toppings mazesoba (bottom, $15.80) and char siew mazesoba (top, $13.80). I personally like the noodles (thick, chewy, QQ) and sauce, and there is also a free upsize option to 1.5x noodles. Quaint Japanese eatery right outside Bugis MRT- it wasn’t crowded at all on a Saturday afternoon. Total for 2 pax: $18.60 using BB 1 for 1. Do note that you can only order 1 all toppings mazesoba if you are using BB.

Mazesoba with Chashu (Bottom) Al dente ramen coated with really nice, sweet sauce. Comes with bamboo shoots and really amazing chashu! There’s free noodles upsize with every bowl. The additional portion (Slight less than half of the normal portion) was thoughtfully served in another bowl so you can add it in as and when you like. The extra portion doesn’t come plain- the noodles were coated with the sauce too (not bland noodles, don’t worry). Chashu was good, tho nothing to shout about. It’s the decent quality chashu you’d expect from any good ramen house. Each order also came with free-flow miso soup. My gripe would be the bamboo shoots which came along with a distinct taste that doesn’t cater to all palate!
